Bobcats Wrap Up Fall Schedule With A 4th Place Finish In Delaware

REHOBOTH BEACH, DE. – The Quinnipiac women's golf program wrapped their fall schedule at the Lady Blue Hen Invitational in fourth place overall out of 11 teams.
Leeyen Peralta finished the tournament in a tie for fourth place as she shot a 70 (-2) in the final round to make her a +3 (219) for the tournament.
Samantha Galantini wrapped up her day in 16th place after shooting a 77 (+5) in the final 18 holes.
Aimee Uchida came in right behind Galantini in a tie for 17th place. Uchida finished the tournament a +10 (226) after she finished round three with a 77 (+5).
First year Natalie Spiska shot a 81 (+9) in the final round to put her in a tie for 34th place. She finished the tournament a +19 (235).
Meg Yoshida rounded out the Quinnipiac grouping in a tie for 40th place. Yoshida shot a 79 (+7) on Sunday to make her a +21 (237) for the tournament.
Competing as an individual, Alexia Egdahl finished in a tie for 40th place with Yoshida. Egdahl shot a 76 (+4) in the final round.

- The Bobcats finished in fourth place, 23 strokes behind the tournament winners, Harvard.
- Galantini led the Bobcats with 8 birdies throughout the tournament.
- Peralta led the field with 41 pars out of 54 holes played. Peralta also was the only player to have an eagle or better.
