Bobcats Pull Away Late, Earn 5th Straight MAAC Victory at Mount St. Mary's

QU Moves to 14-5 in 2022-23 w/ Road Win
EMMITSBURG, Md. – Quinnipiac men's basketball battled to a fifth consecutive MAAC win on Sunday afternoon, earning a 58-51 victory over Mount St. Mary's at Knott Arena.
The Bobcats outscored The Mount 35-27 in the second half of play. QU made six 3-pointers over the final 20 minutes to earn the road win.
Dezi Jones led the Bobcats with 12 points and five assists, scoring nine points in the second half. Matt Balanc added 11 points and five rebounds, and Paul Otieno chipped in with 10 points and six rebounds.
QU's defense held Mount St. Mary's to just 19-of-60 (31.7%) shooting.
