Final Results
SMITHFIELD, R.I. - The Quinnipiac outdoor track & field finished competition at the 2022 New England Championships. The Bobcats finished in third place as a team with 54 team points, highlighted by a first place finish from the 4x800m relay team and a second-place finish from senior Symone Foster in the 100m hurdles.
UMass won the New England Championships with 74.75 team points. URI placed second as a team with 61 points, and the Bobcats took third to complete the top three.

- Symone Foster took second place in the 100m hurdles, finishing with a career-best time of 13.72 in her last collegiate race.
- Clara Veverka finished in 10th place in the 1500m run with a time of 4:44.44, which is also a career-best time. Amanda Carlson placed 14th with a time of 4:49.80.
- In the 400m dash finals, Alyssa Romagnoli finished in seventh place with a time of 57.19.
- Asia Mercier finished in sixth place in the 800m with a time of 2:13.13, which is a personal-best time. Brooke Hagen tallied a time of 2:16.15 in the same event, finishing in 17th place.
- Alessandra Zaffina placed third overall in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 11:03.67. Lydia Keys took 16th place with a time of 11:52.27, and Ana Caliri tallied a time of 12:22.95, finishing in 20th.
- In the 4x800m relay, the team of Liv DiStefano, Christina Gunsalus, Mercier and Hagen finished first overall with a time of 9:10.16.
- Mikah Maples placed sixth in the discus final with a 45.05m throw.
- Maples also finished in seventh in the shot put final, recording a 13.39m toss.
- Britney Del Mundo tallied a 10.75 mark in the triple jump, finishing in 16th place.

- Symone Foster finished in second place in the 100m hurdle preliminary event with a time of 13.87. She qualified for the finals, which will take place on Saturday.
- In the 400m dash, Alyssa Romagnoli took fourth place with a qualifying time of 57.69. Rylie Smith finished in 23rd place with a time of 1:00.05.
- Camille Blaine tallied a time of 1:08.03 in the 400m hurdles.
- Liv DiStefano notched a time of 17:03.71 in the 5000m, finishing in second place. Marisa Keiser finished in 16th place in the same event with a time of 18:02:45. Grace Michaud recorded a time of 18:38.05, taking 20th place.
- In the javelin final, Mikah Maples took fifth place with a 42.62m throw.
- Kalli'ana Botelho tallied a 5.66m leap in the long jump final, finishing in second place. Britney Del Mundo recorded a 4.45m leap, tallying a 20th place finish.
