ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – The second-seeded Quinnipiac women's basketball team looks to advance to the MAAC Semifinals for the first time since the 2018-19 season, when it takes on the seventh-seeded Saint Peter's Peacocks in the MAAC Quarterfinals. THE MATCHUP: vs. SAINT PETER'S
- The seventh-seeded Peacocks enter the contest at 13-17 on the season and 9-11 in conference-play
- Saint Peter's entered the MAAC Tournament on a three-game skid before downing 10th-seeded Marist, 49-29 in the opening round
- The Peacocks are led by Kassondra Brown's 14.9 points and 10.1 rebounds per game
- Wednesday will mark the 17th Div. I meeting between the Bobcats and Peacocks
- Quinnipiac owns a 16-0 record against Saint Peter's, dating back to its first matchup in 2014

- Mackenzie DeWees led the way with 13 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and three steals, as the Quinnipiac women's basketball team downed MAAC foe Rider in the regular-season finale, 71-49, at home inside of the People's United Center on Saturday afternoon
- Mikala Morris contributed 10 points, eight rebounds and two blocks, while Sajada Bonner added 10 points in the victory
- Head coach Tricia Fabbri is in her 27th season at the helm of the Bobcats in 2021-22
