HAMDEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac women's soccer has added five more student-athletes to its All-Time Team, as announced by Head Coach Dave Clarke and the Bobcats' staff on Oct. 7, 2022.
The Bobcats announced an All-Time Team of 20 student-athletes in 2007, then added five more players for their 25th anniversary in 2012, added another five players in 2017, and have now reached 35 total members.
Lisa Horowitz, Jill Kelley, Chelsea Smith, Nadya Gill and Selena Salas have all been added to QU's All-Time Team.
"I am a student of the game and appreciate the history of the sport, its teams and its players. It is always important to honor those who have gone before you and never to forget the contributions of previous coaches, players and teams," Quinnipiac Head Coach Dave Clarke said.
Forward/midfielder Lisa Horowitz played for the Bobcats until the end of the 2000 campaign, goalkeeper Jill Kelley last played for the Bobcats in 2012, midfielder/defender Chelsea Smith played at QU until 2011, forward Nadya Gill spent 2015-2017 at Quinnipiac, and Selena Salas spent her collegiate career at Quinnipiac until 2021.

"Lisa was a key member of the team in my first years at Quinnipiac and she helped lead the team to a NEC title. Jill was a standout goalkeeper and leader and along with Chelsea helped the team compete with Monmouth and Central Connecticut at the top of the NEC. Nadya was a prolific goal scorer in her three years at the school and led the team to a MAAC Final. Selena was one of the most skillful players in the program's history and helped establish the program as one of the top two teams in the conference…
All five deserve their recognition and earned it on the field with consistent performances and by helping their respective teams to success."
