HAMDEN, Conn -- Quinnipiac women's soccer remains unbeaten in MAAC play, as the Bobcats defeated Rider, 5-0, on Wednesday, Oct. 12 in Hamden.
5 different Bobcats scored in the victory, as Paige Laberge, Ella Gagno, Courtney Chochol, Rebecca Cooke and Anna Costello all tallied a score. Cooke extended her goal streak to 11 games, as the Dublin-Ireland native has now recorded a point in each of QU's 12 contests so far in 2022.

- (22'—Quinnipiac 1, Rider 0): Paige LaBerge got the Bobcats on the board in the first half as she split the defenders in front of the box to beat Rider goaltender Ellie Sciancalepore to the left side.
- (34'—Quinnipiac 2, Rider 0): Ella Gagno scored off a QU throw in as she buried a feed from Olivia Kudrikow in front of Sciancalepore.
- (46'—Quinnipiac 3, Rider 0): Courtney Chochol tallied her fifth goal of the year on a pass from Emely Van der Vliet in traffic which she rocketed passed Sciancalepore to the left.
- (49'—Quinnipiac 4, Rider 0): Three minutes later, Rebecca Cooke joined in on the scoring action as she found the back of the net after a QU corner from Markela Bejleri.
- (73'—Quinnipiac 5, Rider 0): Corner kicks proved fruitful for the Bobcats as Anna Costello headed one home from the box.

- Rebecca Cooke extended her scoring streak to 11 out of 12 games. She currently leads the NCAA in scoring as she is tied with Maddy Turlington (Gardner-Webb) with 18 goals.
- The Bobcats had five different goal scorers in today's victory.
- Courtney Chochol had a four-point game, tallying one goal and two assists. She leads the team in assists with 10.
- The Bobcats have outscored their opponents 38-13 through the season. This marks their fifth shutout of the year.
- Quinnipiac had 15 corners compared to Rider's three.
- The Bobcats outshot the Broncs 17-2.
