WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J.. - The Quinnipiac women's soccer team was edged by the Monmouth Hawks, 2-1, on the road Saturday night. The Hawks to a 2-0 lead in the first half, and senior Selena Salas scored in the second to get the Bobcats within one goal. Monmouth held on to win, 2-1.

Monmouth's goalie Maddie Odgen tallied three save in the win. Junior Meaghan Phillips and sophomore Sofia Lospinoso split time in the net.
