HAMDEN, Conn. – The Quinnipiac women's soccer team fell to the Siena Saints on the road Saturday afternoon in a tight 1-0 game. This is the first game since Sept. 19 that the Bobcats have been shutout in a game. The Saints scored in the sixth minute of the game and that would be the game-winner as neither team scored again.

SCORING SUMMARY

FIRST HALF:
(6' – Quinnipiac 0, Siena 1): Emily McNelis scored for the Saints inside of the box and shot it past Sofia Lospinoso to the right corner. Carrie Krohn tallied the assist.

NOTES

The shots were even between two teams through 90 minutes. Quinnipiac held the advantage with eight shots compared to Siena's seven. The Saints notched four shots on net.
The Bobcats had four corner kicks, and the Saints had three.
Lospinoso made three saves in the net for Quinnipiac.
Quinnipiac tallied 12 fouls in the game, as compared to Siena recording 10.
