Cooke Named MAAC Offensive Player of the Week

The sophomore earned her third MAAC Player of the Week award for play vs Saint Peter's, Manhattan
EDISON, N.J. - Sophomore Rebecca Cooke was named the MAAC Offensive Player of the Week for the third time this season, as announced by the conference on Monday, Oct. 11.
The sophomore forward tallied her second hat trick of the season in a 5-0 win over Saint Peter's last Saturday. In addition, she notched a goal in the Bobcats' 3-0 shutout at Manhattan. The Bobcats earned the team's fourth straight MAAC win on Saturday and are second in the conference standings behind Monmouth.
This is Cooke's third MAAC Offensive Player of the Week honor of the season and fith of her career. She leads the team with 26 points this season on 12 goals and two assists. Her 1.09 goals per game average is ranked second in the country
Quinnipiac will be back in action on Wednesday, Oct. 13 at home against Canisius. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m.
