Curtin Leads Bobcats at Bryant
LINCOLN, R.I. - The Quinnipiac women's cross country took second place out of eight teams at the Shawn Nassaney Invitational hosted by Bryant on Saturday, Sept. 7. Senior Meghan Curtin led the Bobcats with a ninth place finish overall (18:43.1) in the 5k race.

- Following closely behind Curtin was freshman Emily Young in 11th place (18:50.7).
- Junior Brooke Hagen took 14th place with a time of 19:00.2.
- Senior Morgan Voight placed 22nd overall with a time of 19:13.9.
- In 24th place, senior Amy Laverty recorded a time of 19:17.3.
- Senior Katlin Bakas tallied a time of 19:25.1 in 27th place.
- Sophomore Kate Gihorski finished in 33rd place with a time of 19:30.4.
- Senior Sara Wilcox recorded a 40th place finish with a time of 19:36.6.
- In 50th place, junior Samantha Leal finished with a time of 19:48.4.
- Sophomore Katie Bradley finished in 68th place (20:17.8) and senior Ellie Songer placed 89th (20:55.0).
The Bobcats will be back in action on Saturday, Sept 21 at Monmouth to compete in the Henry Mercer Monmouth Invitational.
