Softball to Conduct Fundraiser for Best Buddies Connecticut

HAMDEN, Conn. - The Quinnipiac softball team will conduct a fundraiser for the Best Buddies Connecticut organization. On Saturday, Oct. 19, the team will host a batting competition at the Quinnipiac softball field, and all donations will go to Best Buddies Connecticut. Prizes are available for participants including two tickets to a New York Yankees 2020 game in the Audi Suite, two infield grandstand tickets to a Boston Red Sox game in 2020, gift baskets, gift cards and more.

When: Saturday, Oct. 19
Where: Quinnipiac Softball Field
Cost: $10 for 10 swings
Participants will receive at least 10 throws and will try to hit targets in the outfield. Each target will be associated with a different prize.
