WEST HARTFORD, Conn. - Senior midfielder Ryan Corcoran tied the score at 7-7 late in the third quarter, but Hartford outscored the Bobcats 5-1 the rest of the way to take a 12-8 win over Quinnipiac men's lacrosse on Tuesday afternoon at Al-Marzook Field.

GAME NOTES
- Quinnipiac fell behind 3-0 early, but battled back to take a 6-5 lead in the second quarter on the second goal of the game from senior midfielder Ryan Lawson.
- Senior midfielder Blaise Buffalino started the comeback with his first goal of the year with 4:05 left in the first quarter, which was quickly followed by a man-up goal from Lawson.
- Junior attack Mike Fletcher answered a Hartford goal to make the score 4-3 at the 11:36 mark of the second.
- After Hartford went ahead 5-3, the Bobcats rattled off three straight goals to take the lead, with senior midfielder Brian Feldman and junior midfielder Matt Frost scoring back-to-back to tie the score, and Lawson giving the Bobcats the lead with 3:35 left in the half.
- Hartford answered back with two goals to end the half and take a 7-6 lead into the break, and neither team could score in the second half until Corcoran tied it with 3:58 left in the frame.
- Hartford followed with two goals six seconds apart to take the lead for good at 9-7.
- Fletcher scored for the Bobcats with 9:16 left to make the score 10-8, but Hartford finished it off with the final goals to earn the 12-8 win.
