LEWISBURG, Pennsylvania – The Quinnipiac field hockey fell on the road at Bucknell Sunday afternoon, 4-2. The Bobcats were led offensively by co-captain Michelle Federico (Cheshire, Connecticut), who scored two goals for the Bobcats. However, the Bison's four unanswered goals were enough to give them the victory.

- The Bobcats got on the scoreboard first when Lauren Belskie's (Hillsborough, New Jersey) initial shot was saved by Bucknell's goaltender, Emily Finn. However, Federico scooped up the rebound and scored to give Quinnipiac the lead, 1-0, just four minutes into the game.
- With nine minutes remaining in the game, Dayna Barlow (Port Elizabeth, South Africa) dished it to Michelle Federico, who scored her second goal of the game, to cut Bucknell's lead down to two.
- Federico now has four goals this season and leads the team in points with 11.
- Federico now has 10 points (four goals, two assists) in her last eight games.
- The two-goal performance Sunday was Federico's second career two-goal game and the Bobcats' second two-goal game of the year.
- Federico's first career two-goal game came v.s. Michigan State at Columbia's Field Hockey Stadium in New York City, New York.
- The Bobcats' last two-goal game was when Barlow had two goals in the Bobcats' 4-2 win against Yale on September 8.
- Bucknell's offensive attack was balanced as eight different Bison players accounted for at least one point.
