As a Junior in 2014-15:
- 2014-15 MAAC All-Academic Team
- 2015 MAAC 4x400m Relay Champion (Ulrich, Baker, Lee, Stabile)
- Blossomed into one of the breakout stars for the Bobcats as she highlighted her season with an incredible stretch wherein she finished with a new personal-best in four straight meets (Jan. 10-30, 2015)
- Over the course of three straight meets (Jan. 10-23), Ulrich recorded a new personal-best in each of those meets in the 400m
- She continued her personal-best streak at the Terrier Invite (1/30), in becoming the fifth Bobcat to finish a 60m dash in less than eight seconds
- Started the season off strong at the Yale Season Opener (12/6) where she placed 6th in the 60m with a time of 8.04 seconds
- Also at the Yale Season Opener, Ulrich picked up a 7th place finish in the 200m with a time of 26.23 seconds
- Placed 10th at the Yale Invitational (1/10) with a time of 26.43 seconds in the 200m
- Started her personal-best streak with a 3rd place finish and time of 58.15 seconds in the 400m at the Yale Invitational
- Continued her success at the Gotham Cup (1/16) as she timed in at 57.91 seconds in the 400m to take 19th place out of 106 competitors
- Once again bested a previous personal-best with a season-high time of 57.33 seconds in the 400m to take 3rd place out of 57 runners in the Metro Team Challenge (1/23)
- Crossed the line with a season-best time of 7.99 seconds in the 60m dash at the Terrier Invite (1/30)
- Posted another season-best at the Terrier Invite with a time of 25.07 seconds in the 200m to take 22nd out of 141
- Placed 5th at the MAAC Championships (2/21) with a time of 25.96 seconds in the 200m
- Took 13th place at the New England Championships (2/28) with a time of 57.50 seconds in the 400m
As a Sophomore in 2013-14:
- 2013-14 MAAC All-Academic Team
- Provided solid depth and was a key contributor to the Bobcats’ relay units that came through with several landmark results
- Easily the most impressive result of the season came at the New England Championships where Ulrich and three others scored a major upset in the 4x400m relay, earning the overall victory in the event with a program record time of 3:47.66
- The major accomplishment was the first relay event victory for any Quinnipiac team in the New England Championships in program history as the Bobcats placed ahead of the overall New England Champion Northeastern in the stunning upset
- At the Yale Invitational (1/11), Ulrich combined with three other Bobcats to run the fourth-fastest 4x400m relay time in program history as they crossed the line in 3:55.32 to earn 2nd place overall
- She also aided the Bobcats to a 13th place result in the ECAC Championships (3/8), Ran a new personal best in the 200m at the Valentine Invitational (2/7) as she crossed the line with a time of 26.31
- Also established a new personal best at the New England Championships (2/28) as she ran a time of 59.22 seconds in the 400m dash to claim 22nd place
- Competed in the 400m at Yale (12/7) placing 8th with a time of 1:00.79 … Again at Yale (1/11) she placed 12th in the 400m with a time of 59.79 seconds
- In the 400m at Harvard (2/1), she placed 6th with a time of 1:00.24
- Competed in the 300m event at Harvard (2/1) and placed 5th with a time of 42.75
- Finished the 200m at Yale placing 18th with a time of 27.14
As a Freshman in 2012-13:
- Broke the school record for the 200m with a time of 26.53 seconds at Boston University
- Also competed in the 60m dash at Yale and finished in 8.28 seconds
- Competed in the 400m event and came in 2nd at URI when she crossed the line in 1:00.57
Before Quinnipiac:
- Graduated from Mount Saint Mary Academy in New Jersey
- Lettered in outdoor and indoor track all four years in high school as well as soccer for three years
- National honors society and Italian national honors society designee in high school
- Finished All-County First Team in the 100m dash with a time of 12.73 seconds
- Ran the 200 meters at 26.46 at the Skyland Conference meet which is a personal-best
- Ran a personal-best 7.52 seconds in the 55m dash at the NJCTC Championships during the 2012 indoor season
- Also competed in the long jump at Mount Saint Mary where she recorded a personal-best 15 foot, eight inches during the 2011 outdoor season
