Named All-NEC on Oct. 28 for placing sixth overall at the NEC Championships...finished fifth overall and first on the team in 18:54.69 which helped lead the Bobcats to a third-place finish of eight teams at the Stony Brook Invitational on Sept. 1... placed 11th overall and second on the team in 19:41 as the Bobcats finished third of 18 teams at the Fordham Invitational on Sept. 9... finished third overall and third on the team in 19:02.1 to help the Bobcats win the Quinnipiac Invitational on Sept. 22... placed 54th overall and fifth on the team in 18:47 as the Bobcats set a program record for placing fifth at the New England Championships on Oct. 7...finished 12th overall and second on the team in 18:16.9 to help the Bobcats place fourth of 22 schools at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 14...placed sixth overall and third on the team in 18:51.0 to help lead the club to its second straight NEC Championship on Oct. 28...finished 72nd overall and fourth on the team in 23:17.0 as the Bobcats set a program record for placing ninth at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 11.
As a sophomore (outdoors):
Set a school record in the 10,000m...named All-New England on May 12 for placing fourth in the 10,000m at the New England Championships...finished second in the 5000m (18:59.00) and ran a leg on the second-place 4x800m relay team (10:12.34) at the Wagner Invitational on Apr. 1...placed fourth in the 3000m (11:04.21) at the Quinnipiac Track Classic, the first track meet ever hosted by the university, on Apr. 5...won the 10,000m (38:23.92) and set a personal record at the New York Relays on Apr. 21...placed fifth in the 10,000m (39:27.44) at the NEC Championships on May 6 and finished 11th in the 5000m (18:30.90) the following day at the same championship meet...set a school record in the 10,000m (37:21.28) and placed fourth at the New England Championships on May 12.
As a sophomore (indoors):
Named the NEC Track Athlete of the Week on Dec. 6...won the 5000m (18:29.60) and set a personal record at the Yale Invitational on Dec. 3 and also ran the anchor leg of the 4x800m relay team that placed first with a time of 10:16.22...set a personal record in the 5000m (18:03.27) at the BU Terrier Classic on Jan. 28...finished third in the 3000m (10:37.68) and set a personal record at the URI Invitational on Feb. 4...placed seventh in the 5000m (18:44.33) at the NEC Championships on Feb. 12...finished 12th in the 5000m (18:00.13) and set a personal record at the New England Championships on Feb. 24.
As a sophomore (cross country):
Named to the All-NEC Team on Oct. 29 after placing 13th overall (fourth on the team) and leading the Bobcats to a first-place finish at the NEC Championships and their first-ever title...finished 14th overall (21:10.00) and fourth on the team at the Stony Brook Invitational on Sept. 2...placed 21st overall (21:10) and third on the team at the Red Flash Invitational on Sept. 17...finished 112th overall (19:50) and fifth on the team at the New England Championships on Oct. 8...placed 29th overall (18:45.3) and third on the team at the Albany Invitational on Oct. 15...finished 13th overall (20:40) and fourth on the team at the NEC Championships on Oct. 29, and the Bobcats won their first NEC Championship...placed 113th overall (23:13.0) and fourth on the team at the NCAA Regionals on Nov. 12.

Placed eighth (20:44.35) at the Stony Brook Invitational on Sept. 3rd...finished 12th overall (19:50.7) at the Quinnipiac Invitational on Sept. 24th...placed 78th (19:21) at the New England Championships on Oct. 8th...finished 16th (19:47) at the NEC Championships...paced the Bobcats with a 98th place finish (23:22) out of 219 runners at the NCAA Northeast Regionals on Nov. 13...indoors, ran the 3000 in 11:13.95 at the NYU Classic on Jan. 14th...outdoors, took a second-place finish in the 5000 (18:46.86) at the Wagner Invitational on Apr. 3rd...took first place in the 10,000 (39:03.35) which was a personal best at the Wildcat Invitational on Apr. 16th...finished fourth in the 3000 (10:46.98) at the Yale Springtime Invitational on May 1st...finished seventh in the 10,000 (39:34.24) at the NEC Championships on May 7th.
Before Quinnipiac:
Helped guide Shenendehowa high school to the section II indoor track championship and Suburban Council indoor track championship in 2004...was a member of the eighth place team at the N.Y. State Federation Championship in 2003....Suburban Council all-star in both 2002 and 2003, while also being named a section II All-Star 2002, N.Y. state cross country all-star fifth team 2002...earned Shenendehowa Most Honored Player Award 2003...other accolades include the Julie Shapiro Scholar-Athlete Award, the 2002 Shenendehowa indoor track Coach's Award, outdoor track Most Improved in 2002 and 2003.
