Prior to Quinnipiac:
- Graduated from the Academy of the Holy Angels in 2015 after competing for one of the most dominant cross country programs in the region
- In 2014, the Holy Angels won their 10th straight Bergen County Group B Championship, a feat accomplished by just one other team in the history of cross country in Bergen County in New Jersey
- Watters led the way as she was chosen First Team All-Bergen County in both her senior and junior years at Holy Angels
- In 2013, Watters led the team to the Bergen County Group B Championship as well as a second place finish at the Bergen Meet of Champions, second in the State Group Meet and won the Big North League Championship
- Raised in Pearl River, N.Y.
