Prior to his time at Quinnipiac, he most recently served as the Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach / Admissions Counselor at Onondaga Community College, where he helped lead the program to a NJCAA Final Four in both 2023 and 2024. While at OCC Tousaw earned Region 3 Coach of the Year / MSAC Coach of the Year honors in back-to-back campaigns (2023-24). He helped transform the program by recruiting 30+ new players in a two-year span.
Tousaw has also served as a lacrosse coach for Sweetlax Lacrosse in Rochester, NY, and has worked as a game planning & talent scout for Atlas LC of the Premier Lacrosse League in the past.

As a player, Tousaw was a student-athlete at Syracuse (2011), Onondaga Community College (2012 & 2013), and at Marquette (2014 & 2015). The All-American defender helped lead OOC to two national championships over two seasons, then was a two-year starter at Marquette to finish up his collegiate career. He then went on to play professionally for the Rochester Rattlers (Major League Lacrosse) in 2017.
Tousaw received his BS in Communications Studies from Marquette in 2015, then earned a Master’s in Business Administration from SUNY at Oswego in 2018.
