AS A SENIOR IN 2016:
- 2016 All-MAAC (6th Place)
- 2016-17 CoSIDA Academic All District 1 First Team
- One of only three Bobcats in school history to earn two CoSIDA Academic All-District honors in their respective career

- Finished her career as a four-time All-MAAC performer, joining Kristen Stevens ’10 as the lone two Bobcats in program history to earn four All-Conference honors
- Placed first on the team twice out of three appearances, breaking up her streak of 16 consecutive appearances from the start of her career in which she placed first on the team
- Completed her four seasons placing first on the team in 17 of her 18 career events
- Out of 18 career appearances, Ashe finished with five Top 5 results and nine Top 10 finishes
- Missed the first six weeks of the season due to injury but still managed to open strong at the Pre-National Invitational (10/15) where she finished first on the team and 33rd overall in the Bobcats’ first-ever appearance in the meet with a time of 22:01.7
- Led the Bobcats to a runner-up finish at the MAAC Championships (10/29) as she placed second on the team and sixth overall with a time of 21:41.3
- Closed out her career placing 42nd overall (1st on the team) at the NCAA Northeast Regional (11/11) with a time of 21:31.9
AS A JUNIOR IN 2015:
- 2015 All-MAAC (2nd Place)
- Led the Bobcats to their first ever MAAC Championship, dethroning the 10-time defending conference champs Iona
- Her second place finish is the highest for a Bobcat at a conference championship since Becca White ’13 won the 2011 NEC Championship
- 2015 All-New England (7th Place)
- Led the Bobcats to a runner-up finish at the New England Championships which marks the highest finish for Quinnipiac at New England’s since taking the title in 2007
- Also engineered the Bobcats’ highest finish (10th) at the Paul Short Run in program history as she placed 24th overall out of a field of 313 runners
- 2015-16 CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team
- Became the first student-athlete in program history to earn CoSIDA Academic All-District honors

- She started the year with an impressive fourth place showing at the Rider Invitational as she clocked in with a time of 22:02
- Came through with a career high 24th place showing out of 313 runners at the Paul Short Run as she finished in 21:11
- Shined with a seventh place finish out of 265 to earn All-New England honors, clocking in with a time of 17:56
- Was dominant at the MAAC Championships, placing second overall to earn All-MAAC honors while leading a group of four Bobcats who placed in the top eight as Quinnipiac went on to take home the MAAC title for the first time in program history
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2014:

- Finished as the fastest runner on the team in all six meets in which she competed
- In her collegiate career with Quinnipiac, Ashe has placed first on the team in all 11 events in which she has entered
- Earned a 3rd and 6th place finish in 2014 to bump her career total to three Top 5 and five Top 10 finishes in her two years as a Bobcats
- Started the season with a 15th place finish (1st on the team) at the Nassaney Memorial Race 9/6) witha time of 18:56.2
- Tied her career-high with a 3rd place result (1st on the team) at the Monmouth Invitational (9/20) with a time of 18:41.4
- Placed 53rd (1st on the team) at the Paul Short Run (10/4), crossing the line in 21:12
- Ran the CCSU Mini Meet (10/24) in 10:27.6, placing 13th (1st on the team) overall
- Earned MAAC Runner of the Week honors following her performance at the CCSU Mini Meet
- Picked up a 6th place (1st on the team) finish at the MAAC Championships (10/31) with a time of 21:37.54
- Placed 59th overall (1st on the team) at the NCAA Regionals (11/14) at Van Cortlandt Park with a time of 21:35.8
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2013:
- Showcased her immense skill throughout her debut season with the Bobcats highlighted by All-New England and All-MAAC honors
- Was the fastest Bobcat in all five meets in which she competed throughout the 2013 season
- Picked up two 3rd place finishes as well as a 7th place result to give her three Top 10s
- Named the MAAC Runner of the Week on Oct. 15 following her breakout performance at the New England Championships wherein she earned All-New England honors following an 11th place finish, crossing the line in 17:49
- Also took home Quinnipiac’s Female Athlete of the Month honors for August after placing 3rd overall with a time of 14:49.18 at the Stony Brook Invitational
- Continued her hot start to the season with a time of 22:52.88, good enough for 7th place result at the Iona Meet of Champions
- Navigated her way through a crowded field at the Paul Short Invitational to finish 35th overall with a time of 21:16
- Dominated in her first career appearance at the MAAC Championships, earning a 3rd place finish and All-Conference honors with a time of 22:12.05
- Finished the season strong at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 21:13.9, good enough for 39th overall
BEFORE QUINNIPIAC:
- Attended East Islip High School where she lettered in five sports including soccer, lacrosse, cross country, indoor and outdoor track
- Honored as the League Runner of the Year in 2012 after her senior cross country season
- Awarded Jim Smith’s Most Outstanding Runner and named Undefeated League Champion
- Competed in the Brown Invitational Championship race and placed 8th overall
- Named Most Valuable Player at East Islip in cross country, indoor and outdoor track
- All-County in cross country and indoor track
- Named team captain during both track seasons
- Placed 2nd in Eastern States in the 3200m race with a time of 11:06
- Qualified for New Balance Nationals during her senior year and finished 7th overall (out of 45) with a 2-mile personal-best time of 11:04
- Holds high school record in the 3-mile and 5k events
- Personal bests include: 5K – 18:38, 3000m – 10:32, 2-mile – 11:04, 1500m – 5:08
- Presented Distinguished Athlete Award by the U.S. Marine Corps
- Member of National Honors Society and Foreign Language Honors Society
- Received Honor Roll and School Athlete award all four years at East Islip
PERSONAL:
- Born and raised in East Islip, N.Y.
- Daughter of Colm and Paula Ashe
- Has one older brother Colm and three younger sisters Grainne, Roisin and Fiona
- Participated in multiple community service ventures including serving as the President of AOH Division Seven
- She provided leadership to 40 juniors and plays an important role in the planning and executing of charitable activities that benefit both the Parish of St. Mary and LAOH Division Seven
- In 2013 Easter, she organized the creating and preparation of Easter candy baskets that were sent to St. Mary’s Church to benefit needy children
- Also volunteered at the Exchange Ambulances of the Islip’s where she is training to be an EMT
- She plans to major in Nursing
