Bobcats Complete Back-to-Back Undefeated MAAC Regular Seasons

HAMDEN, Conn. – The Quinnipiac women's tennis team celebrated Senior Day in dominant fashion, completing back-to-back perfect regular seasons and remaining undefeated at home with a 6-1 victory over Niagara on Saturday afternoon.
The teams of Willow Renton / Caitlin Flower and Caroline Schulson / Isabella Sicignano secured the doubles point for the Bobcats. Renton and Flower picked up their fifth straight doubles win.
In singles play, Renton, Flower, Schulson, Vera Sekerina, and Anagha Shankar each recorded wins to seal the match.
Renton remained perfect in MAAC singles play, improving to 8-0 and extending her winning streak to nine matches. Sekerina also went undefeated in conference play, finishing with a 6-0 record.
The Bobcats improve to 16-6 overall and 8-0 in the MAAC.
