
No. 8 Bobcats Skate to 2-2 Tie Against Terriers

BELFAST – The No. 8 Quinnipiac women's ice hockey team skated to a 2-2 tie against Boston University on Friday night.
Laurence Frenette opened the scoring midway through the first period, netting her third goal of the season and first of the new year for the Bobcats.
Taylor Brueske extended the Bobcats lead early in the second with her third goal of the season.
Boston University responded minutes later to cut the deficit to one before tying in the third period on Sydney Healey's second goal of the game.
Neither team found the back of the net in overtime, sending the game to a shootout. The Terriers won in a 1-0 decision to advance to the championship.
Felicia Frank recorded 19 saves in her 21st appearance of the year.
