Bobcats Dominate Stonehill in Maine

ORONO, Maine – The Quinnipiac field hockey team notched their third win of the season on Saturday afternoon, dominating Stonehill 5-0 at UMaine Field Hockey Complex.
The Bobcats came out quickly, with Maaike Van Wensen scoring in the first quarter before Mo Quaile added two more in the second quarter.
Francisca Eschoyez came to play in the fourth quarter, first scoring herself before setting up Rozemarijn Van Keulen with an aerial pass for her second goal of the season.

- QU surpassed its win total from a season ago with three wins in four games.
- Five is the most goals scored in a game by Quinnipiac this season and since scoring seven against Merrimack on Sept. 15, 2024.
- Mo Quaile and Maaike Van Wensen each scored their first collegiate goals.
- Francisca Eschoyez and Rozemarijn Van Keulen each had a goal and two assists.
- It is Van Keulen's first career multi-assist game.
- Her and Mo Quaile are tied for second on the Bobcats with four points.
- Eschoyez now leads QU with nine points on the season.
- She also now has a new career-high with three assists this season.
