Peoria, Ill. – The Quinnipiac women's volleyball program fell to Bradley three sets to one on Saturday afternoon, the final day of the CEFCU Invitational.

QU took the first set dominantly 25-17 but dropped the next three sets to the hosts. QU won six straight points to take the first set, getting a service ace from Damla Gunes and a kill from Elena Giacomini to finish the set.

Yagmur Gunes led the way for the Bobcats with 21 kills while Damla Gunes made 46 assists.

After three matches, both Yagmur Gunes and Elena Giacomini lead the Bobcats in kills with 44.
Both Gunes (21 kills, 14 digs) and Giacomini (17 kills, 11 digs) recorded double-doubles.
Vittoria Tonelli was not far behind with seven kills and 14 digs, tying Gunes for the most on QU.
Damla Gunes brought her season total to 109 assists.
QU had 58 kills, the most they've had in a match this season.
Milena Silva and Elena Giacomini each had three blocks.
