Frank Records Career-High 34 Saves in Shutout vs No. 8 Cornell

ITHACA, N.Y. – The No. 9 Quinnipiac women's ice hockey team shut out No. 8 Cornell 3-0 on Friday night at Lynah Rink.
The Bobcats came alive in the second, finding the back of the net three times after a scoreless opening frame.
Jade Barbirati got the offense rolling early with her third goal of the season.
Makayla Watson doubled the lead minutes later, scoring her second of the year and extending her point streak to three games.
Emerson Jarvis finished off the run with her seventh of the season, sending Quinnipiac into the third period ahead 3-0.
The Bobcats held strong the rest of the way, improving to 5-3-1 in ECAC play.
Sophomore goaltender Felicia Frank made a career-high 34 saves in her 19th appearance of the season. She earned her 14th win and sixth shutout of the year.

- Makayla Watson tallied her second goal of the year and 15th point. She's recorded three points over her last three games.
- Emerson Jarvis netted her seventh goal of the season and 22nd of her career.
- Aynsley D'Ottavio, Bryn Prier, and Laurence Frenette recorded an assist each.
- Frenette now leads the team with 14 assists.
- Felicia Frank stopped all 34 shots for her 14th win of the year and 21st of her career.
