HAMDEN, Conn. – The Quinnipiac women's basketball program picked up their sixth straight win of the season and twelfth overall as they defeated the Marist Red Foxes 64-52 on Saturday afternoon.

Karson Martin led the team in scoring with 19 points on 63% (5-for-8) shooting from the floor. Martin grabbed seven rebounds and recorded four steals in the win over the Red Foxes. Gal Raviv was second on the team with 16 points and tied for the team lead with seven rebounds.

The Bobcats and Red Foxes were locked into a battle early on as the Bobcats held a one-point edge after the opening quarter. Marist bounced back in the second quarter to even the game at 33 going into halftime.

Quinnipiac and Marist traded points in the third quarter, but it was the Bobcats that took a two-point lead into the final quarter.

The Bobcats used a 6-3 run to take a five-point lead halfway through the final ten minutes of action. Quinnipiac ended the game on a 13-6 run to finish off the 12-point win over the Red Foxes.

Quinnipiac downed the Red Foxes to improve to 12-1 on the season and 4-0 in the MAAC.
Last season, the Bobcats earned their 12^th win of the season against Marist on March 9^th, 2024.
