No. 10 Bobcats Top Yale at Home

HAMDEN, Conn.— The No. 10 Quinnipiac women's ice hockey won defeated Yale for the first time this season, 2-1 at M&T Bank Arena on Friday night.
Neither team could get much going in the first period, with Kaley Doyle making a couple big stops to keep the score even.
Emerson Jarvis broke the tie after receiving a cross crease pass from Tessa Holk and Maya Labad.
Kahlen Lamarche followed up with a highlight reel goal of her own to push the lead.
Yale would add one with under 15 seconds to go to make it 2-1.

- Emerson Jarvis scored her fifth goal of the season to bring her point total up to 12.
- Kahlen Lamarche scored her 11th goal of the season, matching her total from a season ago.
- Tessa Holk and Maya Labad each notched an assist on the first goal.
- Holk brought her point total to ten while Labad now has 18.
- Bryn Prier and Maddy Samoskevich also connected for assists on Lamarche's goal.
- Prier brought her point total up to ten, second among First Year skaters.
- Samoskevich now has 75 career points.
