HAMDEN, Conn. – No. 9/8 Quinnipiac women's ice hockey program fell 3-1 to No. 14 Princeton in its first home game since Dec. 3, 2024.

The Bobcats opened the scoring with Tessa Holk firing home a rebound just six minutes in.

Princeton scored to tie it 13 minutes into the second before taking the lead with just over a minute to go in the second frame.

Despite chances for the Bobcats, Princeton would add one more at the halfway mark of the third to move to 13-5 on the year.

STATS & NOTES

Tessa Holk scored her fifth goal of the season.
It is now her career high for a single season.
Emerson Jarvis dished her sixth assist of the season for her 10th point, also a career high for a single season.
Maddy Samoskevich won 11 of her 17 faceoffs.
QU won 31 faceoffs to Princeton's 25.

QU will head to Colgate and Cornell next weekend as they continue ECAC play. Friday's game at Colgate will begin at 6:00 PM while Saturday's game at Cornell will start at 3:00 PM.
