#GRAF4HOBEY
- For the second consecutive season, forward Collin Graf is one of the most dynamic players in the country as he's near or at the top of the national leaderboard in a lot of offensive categories.
- The Lincoln, Mass., native, a Hobey Top 10 Selection a year ago, is again in the running for the award. He currently sits fifth in the country in points per game, at 1.59. He's also fifth in goals per contest (0.69) and 11th in assists per game (0.90).
- The Top Ten list of finalists comes out on March 20.
ALL-CONFERENCE ACCOLADES
- Quinnipiac earned six of the possible 24 All-Conference honors from the ECAC throughout the week, with the squad taking four of 12 from the top two teams.
- Collin Graf and Jayden Lee were named to the first team, while Sam Lipkin were tabbed second team selections. Vinny Duplessis is the third team netminder and Mason Marcellus was a unanimous All-Rookie selection.
- They tied Cornell with the most selections in the league, as the top two squads in ECAC Hockey had six each.
CLEARY CONFIRMED
- Quinnipiac earned its fourth consecutive Cleary Cup and eighth in the last 12 seasons as the ECAC's regular season champion. They are the first program in league history to win four consecutive outright regular season titles and joined Harvard (1984-87) as the only program to win four consecutive.
- The streak is tied for the third longest in the country, joining Boston University, Michigan and Minnesota State as the five teams in the country to win four in a row.
MY COUSIN VINNY
- Grad student goaltender Vinny Duplessis was named to the 2024 Richter Award Semifinalist List last week, the HCA announced.
- The Quebec City native currently ranks amongst the nation's best netminders, sitting second in winning percentage (.760), third in goals-against average (1.96) and eighth in shutouts (three).
- It is the fourth consecutive season a Bobcat has been named to the list, joining Yaniv Perets (2022, 2023) and and Keith Petruzzelli (2020-21).
THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME
- The Bobcats have made M&T Bank Arena one of the toughest places to play over the last three seasons. After going undefeated in Hamden during the 2022-23 campaign, they have yet to lose a game in regulation on home ice during the 2023-24 season, currently standing at 14-3-0.
- Over the last three seasons, the Bobcats stand 46-5-2 since the beginning of the 2021-22 campaign on home ice.
