#GRAF4HOBEY
- For the second consecutive season, forward Collin Graf is one of the most dynamic players in the country as he's near or at the top of the national leaderboard in a lot of offensive categories.
- The Lincoln, Mass., native, a Hobey Top 10 Selection a year ago, is again in the running for the award. He currently sits third in the country in points per game, at 1.58. He's also seventh in goals per contest (0.67) and tenth in assists per game (0.92).
- The Top Ten list of finalists comes out on March 20.
CLEARY CHASING
- Quinnipiac is chasing its fourth consecutive Cleary Cup and eighth in the last 12 seasons as the ECAC's regular season champion. The Bobcats currently have an 8-point lead at the top of the table, with Cornell at 33 and Colgate at 28.
- Clarkson currently sits fourth at 26 points. Two points on the weekend clinches home ice for the ECAC Quarterfinal round.
SUCCESS IN ALL PHASES
- The Bobcats are again one of the nation's top programs across the board, sitting atop the leaderboards in a multitude of NCAA statistical categories.
- Quinnipiac is the only team in the country ranked in the top five in scoring offense and scoring defense. Rand Pecknold's club averages 3.97 goals per game, good for fifth nationally, and average 1.93 goals against per contest, which is third in the country.
- They also sit sixth nationally in penalty kill and winning percentage.
THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME
- The Bobcats have made M&T Bank Arena one of the toughest places to play over the last three seasons. After going undefeated in Hamden during the 2022-23 campaign, they have yet to lose a game in regulation on home ice during the 2023-24 season, currently standing at 11-2-0.
- Over the last three seasons, the Bobcats stand 43-4-2 since the beginning of the 2021-22 campaign on home ice.
STREAKS OF SUCCESS
- Quinnipiac has enjoyed recent strings of success against RPI and Union, the two teams coming to Hamden this weekend.
- This weekend's hosts are unbeaten against the Garnet Chargers since 2019, sitting at 7-0-1 and enjoying the longest streak of victories since the series began at seven. The Bobcats have outscored Union 28-6 during that streak.
- Against RPI, the Bobcats are currently enjoying a five-game winning streak, outscoring the Engineers 20-5 during that span.
