Quinnipiac Places 14th at NCAA Regional Meet

HOPKINTON, N.H. — Led by a 38th place finish from grad student Alessandra Zaffina, the Quinnipiac University women's cross country program placed 14th at the 2024 NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Friday afternoon, held in Hopkinton, N.H.
The leader at the MAAC Championships also led the Bobcats at the regional meet, finishing with a time of 20:53.8 to pace the three-time MAAC Champs.
Sierra Gray was second on the team leaderboard with a time of 21:18.9 and Rachel St. Germain placed third on the team with a time of 21:37.4.
Quinnipiac will now turn its attention to the indoor track and field season that begins on Dec. 3.
