AS A SENIOR IN 2025-26
- Opened the season by winning the Stony Brook Season Opener 4k with a time of 13:53.6 (Aug. 30)
- Placed second overall at the Jasper Fall XC Invitational 6k, finishing in 20:26.8 (Sept. 13)
- Secured a 26th-place finish at the Paul Short Run 6k with a time of 20:23.7 (Oct. 3)
- Earned All-Conference honors by finishing third overall at the MAAC Cross Country Championships 6k with a personal-best time of 20:20.2 (Nov. 1)
- Finished 28th overall at the NCAA Northeast Region Cross Country Championships 6k, clocking in at 20:35.4 (Nov. 14).
- Placed 19th in the 3000m (9:48.02) at the Dr. Sander Scorcher/Columbia Challenge (Jan. 23-24)

- Opened the year finishing sixth at the Stony Brook Season Opener 2.49M in 14:24.6 (Aug. 31)
- Placed eighth overall at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championships 5k with a personal-best time of 18:05.0 (Oct. 12)
- Earned All-Conference accolades with a sixth-place finish at the MAAC Cross Country Championships 6k, running a personal-best 20:51.0 (Nov. 2)
- Finished 64th overall and second on the team to score at the NCAA Northeast Regional meet.
- Placed third in the mile with a personal-best time of 5:01.24 at the Yale Giegengack Invitational (Feb. 15)
- Shined at the MAAC Indoor Championships, earning a second-place finish in the 5000m with a personal-best time of 16:44.51 and taking sixth in the 3000m in 9:55.62 (Feb. 22-23)
- Captured a New England crown at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships as part of the winning 4x800 relay team (9:15.89) while adding a second-place individual finish in the 5000m in 17:03.00 (Mar. 7-8)
- Finished 58th in the 10,000m (35:58.52) at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 27-29)
- Placed 20th in the 5000m (16:54.40) at the Bison Outdoor Classic (Apr. 12-14)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2023-24
- Competed in six cross country meets
- Placed 20th overall at the MAAC Cross Country Championships 6k, running a season-best 22:27.1 to help the team to a consecutive conference title (Oct. 28)
- Logged a 6k time of 22:51.8 at the NCAA Northeast Regional (Nov. 10).
- Ran a personal-best 3000m time of 10:33.12 at the UMass Amherst Flagship Indoor Invitational (Jan. 14)
- Logged a personal-best time of 3:09.06 in the 1000m at the Scarlet Knight Open (Feb. 2-3)
- Took 10th in the mile (5:12.79) at the Giegengack Invitational (Feb. 10)
- Placed 12th in the mile prelims (5:13.78) and sixth in the DMR (12:38.89) at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25)
- Placed 13th in the 5000m (17:52.11) at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships (Mar. 1-2).
- Finished fifth in the 3000m (10:23.46) at the UConn Dog Fight (Mar. 30)
