Three Different Scorers Power Bobcats Past Red Foxes

HAMDEN, Conn. – The Quinnipiac women's soccer team defeated the Marist Red Foxes, 3-0, on Wednesday afternoon to extend their win streak to eight straight games.

Courtney Chochol started the scoring in the 15th minute as she finished a cross from Bianca D'Onofrio. Ella Gagno was credited with the secondary assist on the opening goal.
Later in the first half, Aisling Spillane scored her second goal of the season as she put home the rebound. Gagno recorded her second assist of the contest as she sent in the initial shot.
In the 34th minute, Rachel Roman finished off the play as she sent the ball into the back of the net to make it a three-goal game.
Sofia Lospinoso made four saves in the effort as she recorded her seventh clean sheet of the season and the 27th of her career, which ranks first in program history.

- Courtney Chochol scored her fifth goal of the season and the 24th of her career in Hamden. Chochol has now recorded at least one point in seven contests so far this season.

- Ella Gagno was credited with two assists in the match, the first time this season she has registered multiple assists in a game.
