Bobcats Drop Non-Conference Matchup vs. Yale

HAMDEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac Men's Basketball dropped a non-league battle vs. Yale, 73-66, on Monday evening at M&T Bank Arena in Hamden.
Matt Balanc led QU with 25 points, knocking down five 3-pointers for the night. Doug Young chipped in with a career-high 18 points in 25 minutes off the bench.
The Bobcats led 35-29 at the break in action, then Yale outscored QU 44-31 during the second half of action. The Bulldogs shot 15-for-28 during the second half.
Yale was led by Danny Wolf (22 points, 12 rebounds).
QU moves to 7-3 for the 2023-24 season with the result. The Bobcats are 5-1 this year at home.
