Kate Reilly Scores Lone Goal in Loss at No. 3 Colgate

HAMILTON, N.Y. — The No. 9 Quinnipiac women's ice hockey team fell 4-1 to No. 3 Colgate on Saturday night.
Four out of the five goals in the contest were scored in the first period, with Colgate striking first just over eight minutes in.
Kate Reilly answered back quickly with a goal of her own after a pass from Jess Schryver.
Colgate scored two more goals in the first including one on the powerplay.
Logan Angers made 36 saves in the game including 15 in the third period to keep the Bobcats hopes alive.
The Raiders sealed the game by hitting the empty net with just under three minutes left.

The Bobcats return to the ice next weekend, facing UConn in the first game of the Nutmeg Classic at 6:00 PM on Friday, Nov. 24 at Ingalls Rink in New Haven, Conn. They will face either SHU or Yale on Saturday, time TBA.
