KINGSTON, R.I. — One of two, top-five finishers in the event, Emily Young took home the 800m title, clocking in at 2:18.46. It was one of two top three finishes for the senior and one of 15 inside the top five for her Bobcats squad.
Alyssa Romagnoli clocked in with the fourth-best time at 2:20.51 in that event.
Rylie Smith also continued her impressive sophomore campaign. After a pair of personal bests last week, she ran a 1:17.48 in the 500m, good for third in the event and seventh on the program's all-time Top 10 list. She also was the second leg of the Bobcats' 4x400 that finished second.
