SCORING SUMMARY
- (2:50, 1st period, EV) Quinnipiac 1, Brown 0: Captain Lexie Adzija notched her eighth goal on the year just before the three-minute mark of the first period. A dump in by the Bobcats and a small misstep by the Bears on the boards gave Nina Steigauf the go-ahead to find Adzija in front of Brown netminder Megane Pilon, who went top shelf over her glove side.
- (4:45, 1st period, EV) Quinnipiac 2, Brown 0: Nina Steigauf wanted to join her linemate on the scoresheet less than two minutes later. Graduate captain Zoe Boyd took a shot from the blueline that was deflected by senior Jess Schryver and landed perfectly on Steigauf's tape. She proceeded to bury the puck in the net as Pilon was too close to the post trying to stop Schryver's tip.
- (8:48, 1st period, PP) Quinnipiac 3, Brown 0: Graduate transfer Shay Maloney was able to tally her second goal against her alma mater this season after completing a textbook tic-tac-toe on the powerplay. Schryver passed the puck up to Steigauf at the bottom of the near circle who tapped it to Maloney where she completed the one timer through Pilon's blocker side.
- (13:54, 3rd period, SH) Quinnipiac 3, Brown 1: Jade Iginla broke junior netminder Catie Boudiette's shutout, unassisted, as she found herself on a breakaway after a hiccup in the neutral zone by the Bobcats.
