Bobcats Third Period Push Not Enough Against No. 2 Yale

HAMDEN, Conn.-- The No. 3/4 Quinnipiac women's ice hockey team fell to No. 2 Yale after a late third period push fell short. The Bobcats lost 4-2 to the Bulldogs at M&T Bank Arena in Hamden.
Junior forward Olivia Mobley ruined Yale's shutout just before the halfway mark of the third, followed by senior defender Kate Reilly to bring the game within one. Graduate netminder Logan Angers headed to the bench with 1:42 remaining but the Bulldogs sealed the victory with an empty netter 30 seconds later.
