Lone Crimson Goal Enough to Upset #4/4 Quinnipiac

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Quinnipiac goaltender Yaniv Perets made 26 saves in a stellar effort, but the lone Harvard goal in the second period was enough to push the Crimson to the 1-0 upset of the #4/4 Bobcats on Saturday night.

Harvard goaltender Mithell Gibson made 39 saves in the winning performance on senior night at Bright Landry Rink.

Quinnipiac was shutout for the first time this season.
The Bobcats once again dominiated the shot column, outshooting Harvard 39-27.
The game's only two penaties were called on Harvard. Quinnipiac ranks in the bottom five in the nation in penalty minutes this season.
Skyler Brind'Amour won 20 of 23 faceoffs in the game as the Bobcats took 42 of 65 total draws.
