Angers Records Third Shutout, Bobcats Take Down No. 10 Clarkson

HAMDEN, Conn.-- The Quinnipiac women's ice hockey team shutout No. 10 Clarkson at home in M&T Bank Arena, their fifth of the season, 4-0, with goals from four different Bobcats. The Bobcat defense was on the offensive prowl as three different defenders tallied goals on the night.
Quinnipiac tallied three goals in the second period with junior Kendall Cooper opening up the scoring. Senior Kate Reilly buried one in the back of the net on the power play before Zoe Boyd joined the mix with her own goal. Shay Maloney and Olivia Mobley prove to be a force on the ice as Maloney scored an even strength goal with just 2.5 seconds remaining in regulation.
