HAMDEN, Conn. - Quinnipiac women's soccer clinched the 2022 MAAC regular season title on Wednesday afternoon in Hamden, earning a 3-0 shutout over Mount St. Mary's.
Olivia Scott buried two against the Mountaineers to extend her scoring streak to three games. Paige LaBerge tallied a goal in today's contest, her fourth of the season.

- (55'—Quinnipiac 1, Mount St. Mary's 0): Scott's second goal of the night beat Lembryk to the right again as she scored in front of the box as Kayla Mingachos passed the ball up to Bejleri who centered it to Scott.
- (58'—Quinnipiac 1, Mount St. Mary's 0): Senior Paige LaBerge tallied her fourth of the season on senior Courtney Chochol's rebound which was centered in the box by junior Rebecca Cooke.
- The Bobcats clinched their first regular season title in the MAAC since transitioning from the NEC in 2013.
- Scott has tallied five goals in her last three games, marking the longest scoring streak of her career.
- With an assist in the contest, Rebecca Cooke has points in all but one game throughout the regular season.
- Sofia Lospinoso saw 80 minutes of action against the Mountaineers and Gwen Hoyt tallied just under 10 minutes.
- QU outshot Mount St. Mary's 8-1 and had nine corners to their one.
- The Bobcats defense held the Mountaineers to only a single shot on goal through 90 minutes.
