SCHNECTADY, N.Y. – Redshirt junior Guus van Nes scored twice in less than two minutes in the third period to help Quinnipiac to a 4-0 road win at Union on Saturday night. The Bobcats won their third-straight game and improved to 5-0-1 in league play with the victory.
First year goaltender Yaniv Perets posted his third shutout in as many games and his sixth on the year, while lowering his goals against average to 0.86.
