Quinnipiac Picks Up 3rd MAAC Victory of the Season
HAMDEN, Conn. – Jason Budhai scored the game-winning goal in the 88th minute, leading Quinnipiac men's soccer past Monmouth by the final score of 2-1 on Saturday afternoon at the QU Soccer Stadium.
Budhai collected a deflection from a Rom Wasserman shot, then found the back of the net to send the Bobcats home with a MAAC victory.
With the win, QU is now 3-4-0 in MAAC play this season.
Brage Aasen also scored for the Bobcats, netting his ninth goal of the year less than a minute into action.
