HAMILTON, N.Y. – The No. 10 Quinnipiac women's ice hockey team fell in the ECAC opener to No. 5/5 Colgate, 4-0. Redshirt sophomore Logan Angers made 20 saves in the loss, and Colgate's Nemo Neubauerova tallied two goals in the Raider's win.

The Bobcats and the Raiders went back-and-fourth through the first two periods until Neubauerova netted the game's first goal fifteen minutes into the second period. Colgate outshot Quinnipiac 24-21.

Neither team converted on the power play – Quinnipiac went 0-4 and Colgate went 0-2.
The Bobcats took just two penalties throughout 60 minutes.
Junior Lexie Adzija won 10 of 16 faceoffs (62.5%). As a team, Quinnipiac won 23 of 47 (49%).
