SCORING SUMMARY
First Half
- (14' - Quinnipiac 1, Canisius 0): The Bobcats opened the scoring in the first half after senior Ally Grunstein picked off a pass made by the Canisius center back and found freshman Markela Bejleri at the top of Canisius' box. Bejleri hit a 10-yard backwards pass to sophomore Selena Salas, who took a few touches by the Canisius center back and hit a low, driven ball to the left corner of the net.
- (15' - Quinnipiac 2, Canisius 0): Quinnipiac took a short corner less than one minute after the first goal. Grunstein made a diagonal run to Salas, who was taking the corner. Grunstein received the ball and flicked it towards the end line to Salas, who made a darting run past the Canisius' right back. Salas took two touches and hit a sliding ball past Canisius' keeper Alana Rossi.
- (66' - Quinnipiac 3, Canisius 0): Salas continued her solid play through the second half with a lofted ball over the top of the Griffs back line to redshirt-junior Kelsey Goldring. Goldring brought the ball down in the box and hit a low ball into the back of the net past Rossi.
