HAMDEN, Conn. – Kat Miller and Morgan Sherwin both recorded 10 kills, as Quinnipiac volleyball fell in four sets vs. MAAC foe Iona on Saturday afternoon. With the loss, the Bobcats move to 2-11 (1-2 MAAC) so far in 2018.

HOW IT HAPPENED/NOTES

The Bobcats jumped out to a quick start, taking the first set in dramatic fashion (28-26). Quinnipiac recorded 12 kills in the first stanza.
Iona responded, however, winning the final three sets en route to their second conference victory of the season.
Sherwin and Miller both recorded 10 kills to lead the way. Miller added 14 digs – which tied a game-high for the Bobcats.
Maria Pansari tallied 33 total assists. She now has 86 helpers in just the last two contests.
The Gaels recorded 11 blocks to Quinnipiac's five.
