Adams Tallies Five Points on Two Goals and One Assist in 6-1 Win Over Bears
Makayla Adams (Sweet Valley, Pennsylvania) put home two goals and totaled five points in the winning effort while Elisa van Winkel (Heeze, Netherlands) and Brooke Whipkey (Charlotte, North Carolina) each had three-point games.

- (20:54 – Quinnipiac 1, Brown 0): Adams struck with her first of the game after Elisa van Winkel (Heeze, Netherlands) sprinted off the left side of the field and found Adams near the back post to tap home the goal
- (28:14 – Quinnipiac 2, Brown 0): The Bobcats regained possession of the ball after a Brown turnover in its defensive half. After the ball came loose in the shooting circle, Adams wound up and fired home her second tally of the game

- (56:51 – Quinnipiac 6, Brown 1): Adams dribbled the ball to the 23-meter line where she struck the ball on goal and Anna Walmsley (Glasgow, Scotland) redirected the ball into the goal to cap off the scoring.

- Quinnipiac's six goals were its most in a game since netting six against La Salle on September 1, 2013
- The Bobcats also recorded four goals in a half for the first time since September 30, 2016 against Villanova
- Sunday's win was also the first home win of the season
- Adams tallied career-highs with two goals and five points in the winning effort on Sunday and was the first Bobcat with multiple goals in a game this season
- With two goals and an assist, Adams now has four goals and nine points on the season
