HAMDEN, Conn. - The Quinnipiac women's basketball team was able to earn its seventh win in a row and sixth-straight MAAC victory, as the Bobcats defeated the Saint Peter's Peacocks, 86-39, on Saturday afternoon at the TD Bank Sports Center

The 47-point win was Quinnipiac's largest margin of victory since becoming a Division I program in 1998-99. Jen Fay scored a game-high 14 points, Jaden Ward scored a career-high 13 points, Brittany Martin scored a season-high 12 points and Paige Warfel grabbed a career-high 12 rebounds.

Paige Warfel (Chester Springs, Pennsylvania) scored six points, grabbed a career-high 12 rebounds and dished out a career-high four assists.
Carly Fabbri (Stratford, Connecticut) tied her career-high of five steals and dished out six assists.
Quinnipiac opened the game with a 12-2 run in the first 3:15 of play.
The Bobcats' run extended to 21-4 within the first nine points of the contest.
Five different Bobcats scored on the run, with Strautmane scoring seven points during the run.
Quinnipiac closed the first quarter up 21-4 with three of the five Bobcat starters outscoring the Peacocks (Fabbri 5, Fay 5, Strautmane 7).
