QUINNIPIAC vs. CLARKSON
• Quinnipiac and Clarkson will face each other for the 25th time on Friday night, with the Bobcats entering the contest with an all-time record of 14-7-3 against the Golden Knights.
• The Bobcats are 7-2-2 in 11 meetings between the two teams on Quinnipiac's home ice. The Bobcats are 3-0-2 in their last five games in Hamden with their last loss against Clarkson on their home ice coming on Dec. 4, 2010.

SCOUTING THE CLARKSON GOLDEN KNIGHTS
• Clarkson enters the weekend with a record of 12-12-4 overall and 7-7-2 in ECAC Hockey. Clarkson headed into the first-half break with a record of 9-7-3 and have gone 3-5-1 since. The Golden Knights spelled a three-game losing streak with a 3-1 win against St. Lawrence on Feb. 4.
• Sam Vigneault leads the Golden Knights in assists (18) and points (25).
• Jordan Boucher checks in with 23 points on 10 goals and 13 assists, while his 10 goals match Troy Josephs for the team-high.
• Jake Kielly has logged a majority of the minutes between the pipes for Clarkson and carries an 11-11-4 record with a 2.67 GAA and a .910 save percentage.

THE BRO SHOW
• Freshman defenseman Brogan Rafferty currently leads the Bobcats in points (22) and assists (20).
• In 16 ECAC Hockey games, Rafferty has scored once and assisted on 12 more for 13 points.
• Rafferty saw a four-game point streak end on Saturday, Jan. 28 but the first-year blue liner tallied five assists in that four-game stretch.
• Rafferty's three-assist showing against Colgate on Nov. 19 were a career single-game best.

THE CHASE IS ON
• Sophomore Chase Priskie headed into the first-half break with a goal and 10 assists through the first 15 games of the season, which also featured two games as a scratch to injury. After a scoreless weekend against Princeton on Dec. 9-10, Priskie has tallied five goals and six assists through the last nine games.
• Included in that run was a four-game active point streak in which he has scored twice and assisted on three more goals.
• With a two-goal night against Yale, Priskie has scored twice in two of his last four games. In his last six games, he's posted four goals and four assists for eight points.

LIFE OF THE MARTY
• Sophomore Craig Martin currently sits second in the Quinnipiac line-up with 21 points on the strength of eight goals and 13 assists.
• Martin has been particularly solid in ECAC Hockey contests, totaling 14 points in 15 league games with four goals and 10 assists.
• Martin is riding a five-game point streak heading into the weekend with two goals and six assists in that span. Martin has also scored in three-straight ECAC Hockey games with a two goals and three assists.

GO SHORTY
• Before getting the night off against Yale on Saturday, Feb. 4, freshman goalie Andrew Shortridge had started in six consecutive games for the Bobcats in which he was 4-2-0 with a .932 save percentage and a 1.89 goals-against average.
• In seven ECAC Hockey games, Shortridge is 4-1-0 with a .950 save percentage and a 1.43 GAA.
• Cumulatively, Shortridge is 6-4-0 with a .917 save percentage and a 2.16 GAA in 640:13 of play over 15 appearances this season.
• Shortridge's 21-save shutout against Brown on Friday, Jan. 3 was the first clean sheet by a freshman goalie since Eric Hartzell blanked Robert Morris, 5-0, on Oct. 30, 2009. It was also the first shutout against an ECAC Hockey opponent since Jan. 3, 2009 when Dan Clarke held Dartmouth scoreless.

CLIF(TON) HANGER
• Senior Connor Clifton doubled his season goal total after scoring in both games against Arizona State this past weekend. For the year, Clifton has four goals and four assists for eight points.
• Clifton leads all Quinnipiac defensemen with 16 career goals and 50 career points.

TIM IT RIGHT
• Senior Tim Clifton posted three points in the series against Arizona State with an assist in a 5-2 win before scoring once and assisted on Quinnipiac's other goal in a 4-2 loss.
• Clifton's three-point weekend snapped a four-game scoreless streak - his longest since he was held without a point for the final games of the 2014-15 season.
• Clifton currently leads Quinnipiac with 12 goals while his 20 points sit fourth behind Chase Priskie and Brogan Rafferty (22) and Craig Martin (21).
• Clifton's eight goals against ECAC Hockey competition leads the Bobcats while he is one of five players with double-digit points in league play.
• Clifton's four goals and five assists for nine points in 12 non-conference games are tied for the team-best with Chase Priskie.
• Clifton sits as the Bobcats' active career leader in goals (42) and points (89) while his 47 career assists sit second behind Landon Smith (53).

TWO GOAL NIGHTS
• Nick Jermain and Chase Priskie both scored twice against Yale, giving Quinnipiac a pair of two-goal scorers in the same game for the first time since Mar. 28, 2014 when Kellen Jones and Matthew Peca both lit the lamp twice in a 8-0 win at St. Lawrence.

FRESHMAN FEATS
• Nick Jermain the first Quinnipiac freshman to score twice in a game since Priskie did it against Cornell in Game 2 of the 2016 ECAC Hockey Quarterfinals.

OFF THE POST
• Landon Smith picked up a point against Brown and Yale last weekend, to give him a team high 15 points (5g, 10a) in ECAC Hockey play.
• Logan Mick suited up for the first since Oct. 22 against Brown and picked up his first career points with a two-assist night against Yale.

ACTIVE CAREER LEADERS
• Tim Clifton's 21 career power play goals rank fifth among all active NCAA Division I men's ice hockey student-athletes.
• Clifton also ranks tied for 30th with 90 career points on 43 goals and 47 assists in 135 career games. His 43 career goals rank 20th among active players.
• Clifton is also one of 18 active players with 40 goals and 40 assists for his career.
• Clifton's 11 game-winning goals are tied for third among active players.
