Fabbri and Fay Notch New Milestones in Career Points
MOUNT PLEASANT, MI. - Senior guard Carly Fabbri (Stratford, Connecticut) led the way with a career-high 20 points, and tallied six assists and four steals as the Quinnipiac women's basketball team defeated Central Michigan, 84-70 on Thursday evening at McGuirk Arena.
The win closes Quinnipiac's non-conference schedule, as the Bobcats will now prepare for MAAC as they will host Siena on Thursday, Dec. 28 at 5 p.m. Aryn McClure (Springfield Gardens, New York) fell just short of a double-double, tallying 18 points and nine rebounds in the win. Edel Thorton (Gurranabraher, Ireland) tallied a career-high 16 points, surpassing her previous career-high of 12.
