BIG EAST OPENER
Quinnipiac will host Georgetown on Friday, Sept. 16, 2016 at 3 p.m. at Yale University's Johnson Field in New Haven, Conn. The game will be the first BIG EAST Conference game in Quinnipiac history while it also serves as the first BIG EAST Conference game for the season.

Quinnipiac Athletics will sponsor a fan bus for students to transport Bobcat Fans to Yale University's Johnson Field in New Haven, Connecticut for Quinnipiac field hockey's inaugural BIG EAST Conference match-up against Georgetown on Friday, Sept. 16 at 3 p.m.
- Space on the fan bus is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and will depart from North Lot in front of the Recreation Center on Quinnipiac's Mt. Carmel campus at 2:15 p.m.
- The first 250 fans in attendance will receive a free commemorative gold t-shirt and ticket in celebration of Quinnipiac field hockey's first game in its new conference.
THE BOBCATS LAST TIME OUT
On Sunday, Sept. 11, Quinnipiac jumped out to an early 1-0 lead on a goal by Felicia Costanzo before giving up the equalizer late in the second and the game-winner in overtime.

Georgetown enters Friday's match-up with a record of 2-4. The Hoyas opened the season with wins against Davidson (3-1) and Appalachian State (4-3, OT), but have lost four straight to Rider, Monmouth, William & Mary and Saint Francis (Pa.).
- Aliyah Graves-Brown leads Georgetown in goals (2), assists (2) and points (6).
- Lindsay Getz has matched Graves-Brown's goal output this season with two markers to date.

- Quinnipiac field hockey is 12-8 all-time in their first conference game of the year since the program began in 1995, including a 9-6 record at the NCAA Division I level
- The Bobcats have won six-straight conference openers, with their last loss coming to Lock Haven (4-0) on Oct. 2, 2009 to start Northeast Conference play
- In three seasons in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, Quinnipiac was a perfect 3-0 in their first conference games of the season
FELICIA COSTANZO
Felicia Costanzo (Yorktown Heights, New York) scored her first goal of the season in the Bobcats' 2-1 loss to Lafayette on Sunday, Sept. 11.
- Costanzo's goal was the eighth of her career while she became the third Bobcat to score this season - joining Savanna Reilly and Dayna Barlow.
SAVE-A-LOT
Angie King (South Windsor, Connecticut) currently sits atop the national defensive save ranks with four to date. The Bobcats' senior captain led all NCAA Division I student-athletes last season.
- In addition, Quinnipiac currently leads the country in defensive saves, tied with Monmouth, with seven.
SAVANNA REILLY
Savanna Reilly's (Hamden, Connecticut) goal early in the first half at Vermont on Friday, Sept. 9 was her team-leading fourth of the season while it also extended her goal streak to four games – the longest at Quinnipiac since Jess Rusin scored in six consecutive games from Oct. 6 through Oct. 27 in 2013.
- Reilly has now had a hand in five of Quinnipiac's six goals this season after picking up an assist on Dayna Barlow's goal against UMass Lowell.
- Reilly also became the 12th player in Quinnipiac field history to score 20 career goals.
- She sits just two points shy of the 50-point mark for her career.
- For her career, Reilly has accumulated 20 goals and eight assists for 48 points.
- To date, there have been six players in Quinnipiac's history with 20 goals and 10 assists for their careers.
