
Field Hockey Falls To Lafayette, 7-0

The Quinnipiac field hockey team lost to Lafayette, 7-0, in a non-conference match-up in Easton, Pa. With the loss, Quinnipiac drops to 6-4 on the season while Lafayette improves to 5-5 on the season.
Quinnipiac's offense never got-going, as the Bobcats were held to just three shots on the day while Lafayette rattled off 11 on-goal. Nicole Lewis (East Hamhearst, N.Y.) took the loss after allowing seven goals on 11 shots on goal. For Lafayette, Kelsey Mead had two goals and two assists. Emily Valeo also had a goal and one assist.
Quinnipiac is back in action on Tuesday, Oct. 4 when it travels to Providence, R.I. to take on Brown in a non-conference match-up set for 4 p.m.
